Overview
This Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Voluntold is based in the United States and serves a general audience of coaches and parents.
What We Collect
We collect the email address (and optional first name) you provide when you use a tool, subscribe to the newsletter, or make a purchase. When you complete the assessment, we store your responses and resulting scores. If you tell us you coach for an organization, we store that organization’s name and coach count. Purchases are processed by Stripe, which collects your payment and billing details — we never see or store your full card number.
How We Use It
To deliver the tool results you requested, send the coaching emails you signed up for, provide purchase receipts and downloads, and improve our content. “Scout” uses your assessment answers to generate personalized recommendations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the Site — Stripe (payments) and SendGrid (email delivery) — solely so they can perform those functions.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. To request access to or deletion of your data, email info@voluntoldhq.com.
Children
The Site is intended for adults (coaches and parents), not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
