By accessing Voluntold (the “Site”) or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms. Voluntold is a U.S.-based publisher of coaching content and downloadable digital products for youth-sports coaches and parents. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The articles, tools (assessment, practice-plan generator, conversation-script builder), and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice. You are responsible for how you apply anything you read here.
Digital Products
All products sold on the Site are digital downloads or online resources. There is no physical product and no shipping. You receive access by email after a successful purchase. You may use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial coaching or parenting use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them.
Accounts & Communications
Using a tool or subscribing may create a contact record and enroll you in email communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the Site are owned by Voluntold and its creator and are protected by copyright. “Scout” refers to the Site’s recommendation and drafting logic and is part of Voluntold.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voluntold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
