Digital Products
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if a product is defective, fails to download, or was purchased in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request
Email info@voluntoldhq.com with your order/receipt details and a short note on the issue. We review every request individually and will make it right — typically by re-sending the download or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
No Physical Goods
Voluntold sells only digital downloads and online resources. There is no shipping and no physical return.
